Birchwood Villas are Johnson County's newest rental communities located in the heart of Overland Park and Lenexa Kansas. These unique boutique sized communities are what you have been waiting for! Our premier locations are minutes away from memorable dinning, entertainment, parks, excellent schools & unique shopping.
Phase III- Under Construction:
Forecast completion WINTER 2023. We are adding 20 additional villas for a total of 45 villas at this location once completed. Pricing on the new units has not been released yet. The below listed rent prices reflect the current market rate tied to our existing units.
Tours: No Agent or model/leasing office onsite. Tours are by appointment only Monday-Friday when we have empty units available to tour. We currently do not have any units available to tour.
